Born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied the clarinet, piano, and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theater during her high school years brought her to Boston Conservatory, where she was given a scholarship. Cum Laude, where she was awarded an B.F.A. in the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp performed Abyssinia and Aida on stage, as well. Sharp's work is not limited to the stage or screen. She has also written and written several scripts. She continues to sing, and is currently working on a full-length album currently in the process of being recorded. Sharp, who is often in front or behind camera or in the recording studio, loves staying in shape. Sharp studies Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a lengthy road trips. Sharp lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
